Pokemon World Tournament (PWT)

Pokemon World Tournament (PWT) is probably one of the fun challenge in the game.. In short, you will have to battle with 3 trainers like the Battle Subway to win the tournament.. Every type of tournaments here will offer you either Single, Double, Triple or Rotational battles.. If you win, you will get 1BP for Single Battle or Double Battle.. You will win 2BP for Triple or Rotational Battles.. If you lose, you will still get a Shard.. Single Battle uses 3 Pokes, while the others need 4 Pokes.. For unknown reason, you seems to be able to use Uber Pokes like Zekrom in the Left Side Tournaments and Unove Gym Leader Tournament..

Left Side Tournament (Green woman)

• Driftveil Tournament

- The lvl will be fixed at 25.. It's a small tournament with 2~3 gym leaders entered..

•  Rental Tournament

- You will be randomly given 6 Pokes here.. You will have to choose 3/4 Pokes (depends on your battle) out of those Pokes.. In my opinion, this is probably the hardest tournament here.. The Pokes they are giving you is weak, as in they aren't fully evolved..

• Mix Tournament

 - The lvl will be fixed at 50.. This is an interesting one.. Before the battle start, your opponent will take one of your Pokes, you will then have to choose one of his/her Pokes.. The selected Pokes will be swapped... You can't arrange your team after swapped, means if your opponent takes away your starting Poke, you will have to use his Poke as your starting one.. The Pokes will be returned after each battle.. 

• Download Tournament

 - Like the name stated, you will be able to play with the international top team after you have downloaded them from wifi..

Right Side Tournament (Red Women)
Here, it will be a tournament with only the gym leaders.. The lvl will be fixed at 50.. Since it's gym leaders, I highly suggest that you play this in Rotational Battle.. If you have their weakness, you can just use one Poke and use the same move on the 4 Pokes they will be using.. You will be only able to choose Unova Tournament at first.. Once you have win this, you will unlocked Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh Tournaments..

Once who have beaten all of the region tournaments, you will be able to unlock Leader Tournament, here you will be battling gym leader regardless of their regions.. Beat this tournament for 10 times and you will unlock Champion Tournament, where you will be able to fight all the Champions so far with Red included..
