When you reached the city, I suggest you to explore the north area before battling the gym.. Head to the Celestia Tower, even though there's nothing at the top, you can still gain a lot of exp through battling here.. If you go to the east side slightly before you reach Castelia Tower, you will notice a house there.. The women will heal your Pokes.. The old man will help you to add the so-called Kami trio into your Pokedex.. If you head to the north from here, one of the Elite 4 member will block you from entering the cave.. You will only be able to pass here after you have beaten the Elite 4..
So after you are done exploring/training, go for the 6th gym.. It will be Flying-type gym.. If you have a good Lightning-type poke, it's a snap.. The gym's riddle is pretty unique one.. Every few seconds, there will be a huge wind that will blow your towards the south.. There's two way to block you from "flying" off.. First is to stand on the green region, which acts as a shelter.. The other is the wall which blocks you "fly" further.. So you have to pass from the bottom slowly to the top area.. Just take your time and you will eventually reach the gym leader.. The gym leader is called Skyla, Pokes' lvl are about 37~39..
Once you have beaten her, get out from the gym.. There will be a conversation between you, Skyla and Pro.Jupiter.. After the conversation, go to the airport building, the first building from the left.. But before going to that building, go to the second house.. Talk to the guy with cap and he will mentioned about "treasure" in the plane pathway.. Exactly south of the gym, search for an pokeball item.. It's an Aerial Ace TM.. Once you have got it, go to the airport building and talk to Skyla. You will then board on a plane to the next town, Yamaji Town..
