You should have probably went trough the haunted mansion in Yamaji Town (A new town in BW2) before heading to the 7th gym.. But I am not surprised if you missed it cause it won't affects your the plot and it's hidden.. Well, in case you don't know it's on the right side of the Yamaji Town.. You will have to walk through a line of grass and reach a building..
Before you enter, try to check behind the building.. Go through the back from the right side, there will be Shadow Claw TM hidden behind the building where you can only see it from Reversal Mountain's cave.. After that you enter the building.. You will see chairs/lamps/whatever shaking.. It's hard to explain how to solve the "puzzle".. But it's pretty simple.. Obviously you will see a lot of the rooms/stairs/ways are blocked.. Just go to the room/stair whichever you can enter.. Each time you do this the room's furniture will be moved to different place.. I would suggest you not to get out from the haunted mansion, you will have to restart everything.. Keep doing this and eventually.. You.. Will.. Meet.. A.. Girl ghost.. For 3 times.. For the last time.. The top middle room will be opened, go in and you will get Lunar Wing..
Now, time to explore the new area in Post-Game.. Fly to Nimbasa City.. Head to the right of the map and eventually you will reach Marvelous Bridge.. Halfway through the bridge, you will be asked to use Lunar Wing.. Use it and you will be able to battle with a Lvl 68 Cresselia.. It would be nice if you have a Dark type Poke to tank in your party as two of her moves are psychic.. Good luck catching then.. :)
